Terms of purchase and sale
Terms for event tickets sold by A-T under the ALBANIGHTS brand.
Draft · not approved for sales
Text for Vipps and owner review. Sales and payments are not open. Privacy roles, legal bases and retention are not fully confirmed; this notice is therefore not finally approved. Approval of the sales terms is also pending.
1. Seller and contact information
ALBANIGHTS is operated and owned by A-T.
Organisation number: 917 798 370
Address: c/o Arjeta Topallaj, Kjølberggaten 51B, 1654 Sellebakk, Norway.

These terms cover event tickets; date, venue, age limit, ticket category and special conditions must be shown before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail. The buyer is the person ordering the ticket and accepting these terms.
2. Ordering and contract formation
Check the event, date, ticket quantity and total before ordering. Before placing an order with an obligation to pay, you must be able to correct errors and read the applicable terms. A reservation or created order is not a paid ticket. The version of the terms you accept is recorded with the purchase. Once sales open, the purchase becomes binding when you approve the order with an obligation to pay and the payment provider confirms payment. If payment is rejected or unclear, do not assume you have a valid ticket. Statutory rights remain after a binding purchase.
3. Prices, fees and total price
Prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK). The total must be shown before ordering and include all mandatory fees and taxes applicable to the purchase. Optional extras must be described and selected separately. Discount conditions, pricing periods and ticket inclusions must be clear. A changed price requires your acceptance before payment.
4. Payment
Ticket sales and payments are not open. Vipps is the planned payment method once sales are activated. The amount and available method must be shown before you authorise payment. The payment provider must confirm payment before a ticket is issued. Contact customer service about unclear payment status before attempting another purchase.
5. Digital ticket delivery
Tickets are digital. The existing solution can display issued tickets in My ALBANIGHTS and download them as PDF. An order summary is neither a ticket nor a formal invoice. Live ticket issuance and automatic order confirmation and ticket delivery by email are not active. Contact customer service if a paid ticket is unavailable; your rights relating to non-delivery remain applicable. Sign in to the account linked to your purchase, open My ALBANIGHTS and select Tickets to see issued tickets and any available PDF. An order awaiting payment is not an admission ticket.
6. Tickets and QR codes
Keep your ticket and QR code secure and do not share them publicly. The QR code verifies admission; one ticket does not admit multiple people. Observe stated age limits and admission conditions. Contact customer service about suspected misuse or faults. Customer responsibilities do not remove the seller’s liability or mandatory rights. The ticket is valid only for the stated event and category. Only a valid issued ticket can be used for admission; a cancelled or already used ticket does not provide new admission.
7. Right of withdrawal
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal normally does not apply to leisure-event tickets for a specific date or period, under section 22(m) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. The exception must apply to the particular contract and be disclosed before purchase. It does not remove rights relating to cancellation, non-delivery or other breaches. Tickets outside the exception require separate assessment.
8. Cancellation, rebooking and transfer
Voluntary cancellation and rebooking are not offered as standard unless expressly stated for the individual event before purchase. Being unable to attend does not itself create a right to a refund. Transfer is not an automatic service: contact customer service and follow any event rules before giving the ticket to another person. Age limits and admission conditions also apply to the new user. This does not restrict statutory rights relating to cancellation, material changes or defects.
9. Cancellation and material changes
If an event is cancelled, the customer is generally entitled to repayment of the ticket price. Material changes to date, venue or agreed content may justify contract termination, refunds or other remedies under the contract and applicable law. Clear change and claims information must be provided. A new date or unforeseen circumstances do not automatically eliminate consumer rights.
10. Refunds and repayments
Send refund claims to info@albanights.com with the order reference and reason. Do not send QR codes, passwords or payment secrets. Claims are assessed under the contract and applicable law. You will be informed of the outcome and how any repayment will be handled. Statutory deadlines and rights apply. Automated refunds are not active. Customer service handles refund claims, which may be processed manually while automated refunds are unavailable. These terms do not set an unconfirmed processing time or a blanket rule that fees are never refunded.
11. Complaints and customer service
Contact customer service on +47 403 99 286 or email info@albanights.com about non-delivery, ticket faults or deviations from the agreement. Include the order reference and explain the problem. Applicable statutory complaint deadlines apply. Complaints are assessed individually; these terms impose no shorter deadline or restriction on mandatory rights.
12. Personal data
Account, order, payment, ticket and customer-service data are described in the privacy notice. Accepting sales terms is not itself consent to marketing.
13. Applicable law and disputes
Norwegian law applies without depriving consumers of other applicable mandatory rights. First contact customer service. For unresolved disputes, contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority about mediation or the Consumer Council for guidance. Access to courts and statutory venue rules remain unchanged.
